Subd. 4 <br />- Draft Ordinance For Rc\ icw and Recommendation <br />List of Exhibits <br />A - Draft Ordinraice <br />U - Existing Code Sections <br />5.40 <br />10.02 Def 30 <br />10.20, Subd. 4C <br />Sumniarx' of Conclusions - December 20 .Toint Work Session <br />The consensus was to proceed with the 15-item amendment that Planning Commission <br />recommended in 1098 and incorporate (he 4-item staff recommendation regarding non-resident <br />employees, with the following revisions or exceptions: <br />a) Add a line item that addresses noise impacts and limit those impacts to 8:00 a.m - 7:00 p.m. <br />b) Need further discussion regarding home occupation in accessory structures (as written. onl\ <br />allowed in rural /ones or with rural lot si/e...) <br />c) Need to define which "certain vehicles" are allowed to be stored outside... <br />d) 1-stabli.sh a threshold number above which parking of vehicles as.sociated with the home <br />occupation must be screened. <br />c) Consider adding a weight limit for vehicles used in the business... <br />0 Clarify that there can be no signage in relation to the home occupation. <br />g) limit hours of operation to 8:00 a.m to 7:00 p.m. rather than 8:00 p.m. <br />h) Add a limit on the number of customers or clients that can be on the site at one time. <br />i) 'I he nomial delivery vehicles such as UPS and l edEx should be allowed. <br />It was suggested that the code amendment include an introductory paragraph of intent in terms of <br />maintaining neighborhood characteristics.
