Absent: Councilman Frantel. <br />Councilman Dorn left early. <br />McCarthy moved, Oberhauser seconded, that <br />the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of <br />May 10, 1971, be approved. Motion, <br />Ayes (4) - Nays (0). <br />Searles moved, McCarthy seconded, that a <br />public hearing for a building permit for <br />the Clark Oil Company at 3S30 Shoreline <br />Drive, be held at 8:00 P.M., June 14, <br />1971, in the Council Chambers, be ordered. <br />Motion, Ayes (4) - Nays (0). <br />Road, for a variance, be approved. Motion, <br />Ayes (4) - Nays (0). <br />Dorn moved, Oberhauser seconded, that the <br />reouest of Thomas Navratil for a variance <br />to build a residence on each of Tracts B J <br />C, RLS 891, be approved. lotion.
