The proposed house is moderately sized, well suited for the site and will <br />complement the beauty and charm of Orono. <br />Current Hardships: <br />• Small Lot Square footage <br />• Drainage Problems <br />• No Space for Street Parking due to Concordia .street narrowness <br />Proposed Benefit to Residence: <br />• Reduce hardcover by approximately 1600 S.F. <br />• Excellent design concept with more desirable square footage <br />• Alleviate drainage concerns by re-grading the site and increasing the green area <br />• New driveway design will allow space for guest parking <br />I fully believe the propo.sed plans will be an a.sset and enhance both the Twidwell <br />property and the City of Orono. <br />Thank you for your consideration in this matter.
