Hardcover Variance - JefT and Nancy Twidwell <br />1865 Concordia Street <br />The setback requirements from the lake, street and adjacent properties make <br />the usable hardcover on this lot insufficient for an adequate home, garage, <br />and driveway. <br />The present structure began as a summer cabin in 1941 and has undergone <br />numerous additions. Problems with plumbing, electrical, foundation, etc <br />make remodeling financially impractical. <br />The new plan will use the same or less hardcover than the present site. Also, <br />all hardcover within the 75 foot lake setback is removed e.xcept for the stairs <br />to the lake which already exist and will remain unchanged.
