It was bieir contention Idiat the Village had approved a <br />30 ft. lakeshore setbadc on the plat at the time of Council <br />approval of the plat in 1972 or 1973. Because the Council had <br />knowledge of the setback at the time of platting and had in­ <br />cluded it as part of the platting procedure and, also, because <br />the lot could n66 under.any oonditions meet a 75 'ft.
