It was bieir contention Idiat the Village had approved a 30 ft. lakeshore setbadc on the plat at the time of Council approval of the plat in 1972 or 1973. Because the Council had knowledge of the setback at the time of platting and had in cluded it as part of the platting procedure and, also, because the lot could n66 under.any oonditions meet a 75 'ft.
