#530 <br />TO; <br />FROM: <br />DATE: <br />Jeanne Mabusth, Zoning Administrator <br />Michael Gaffron, Septic System Inspector <br />November 16, 1979 <br />SUBJECT: #530 Robert Niichel, 3135 Jamestown Road - SUBDIVISION <br />Mr. Niichel is proposing a lot line rearrangement to accomodate a septic <br />system on Lot 4, The site evaluator's report indicates that due to <br />adjacent wetlands and soil conditions on the site, as well as the <br />topography of the lot, the proposed drainfield would have to cross a <br />lot line. Since the intent of our code is to ensure workable present <br />and future systems on the same lot as the house they serve, a lot <br />line rearrangment is in order. <br />My inspection of the site verified that the proposed drainfield location <br />is the most logical and will provide area for future use. I would <br />recommend approval of the rearrangement assuming the required contiguous <br />2-acres of dry, buildable land are provided.
