Geade, AIA <br />End of letter <br />Council Meeting' - October 24, 1977 <br />^ o ^^ o w <br />Mayor Van Nest moved, Butler seconded, to approve <br />the variance request of Robert F. ffhite, 320‘Woodhill <br />Road, subject to: <br />1. <br />2. <br />3. <br />Mr. Ifhite's approval of this letter. <br />Woodhill Country Club approval. <br />Noting that this is new information demonstrating <br />a hardship. <br />Motion, Ayes (4) - Nays (0). <br />Mr. Alan Olson, Assistant Building & Zoning <br />Administrator, entered into the record the <br />following information for a proposed private <br />road name for Van Eeckhout Subdivision, 400 Old <br />Crystal Bay Road, dated October 19, 1977, which <br />states: <br />PRIVATE ROAD NAME <br />400 Old Crystal Bay Road <br />The developers and property owners of this property <br />have requested the City to approve a separate name <br />for this private road. On future subdivisions, <br />staff would like to have this agreed upon prior to <br />final approval, but in some past divisions, the <br />matter of naming the access was not addressed. <br />In this case, seven names were submitted as listed <br />on the attached letter. Names 1, 3 a 7 have been <br />rejected by staff due to similarities with existing <br />street names.
