The original <br />parcel was split by Resolution 4818 dated August 22, <br />1977. Mr. Brooks then returned with a second <br />division which received preliminary approval on <br />November 28, 1977. Conditions for both divisions <br />have now been completed thereby allowing the Council <br />to make final approval. <br />I <br />The original division was never recorded although <br />it could have been. Though it is irregular, .1 do <br />recommend approving the two divisions at one time <br />because all the legal documents have been assembled. <br />Butler moved, Pesek seconded, to adopt Resolution <br />§884, A Resolution Approving A Subdivision For <br />Conley Brooks.
