Plats and Surveys, require <br />County review of proposed plats ab"tt1ng County roads. We reviewed <br />the above plat and found It acceptable with consideration of these <br />conditions: <br />- The developer dedicate an additional 7 ft of right-of-way making <br />the right-of-way 40 ft from the centerline of CSAH 15. <br />- To avoid turning movement conflicts of offset Intersections, the <br />developer should move the proposed CSAH 15 access easterly to <br />,d1recti V oppose »Hp orgylouslv approved acce^^ to Hussman Invest­ <br />ment lOInpany property (attachment). The new centerline of the <br />access will be approximately 260 ft from the westerly corner of <br />the plat. Any new access to a County road requires an approved <br />Hennepin County entrance permit. See our Traffic Division for <br />entrance permit forms. <br />The developer should place plantings far enough from the roadway <br />so mature trees will not interfere with CSAH 15 sight lines. <br />All proposed construction within County right-of-way requires an <br />approved utility permit prior to beginning construction.
