All the zoning standards for the district can <br />be met. I have enclosed the original septic report by the inspector. <br />Staff will recommend new septic testing for the northern lot and <br />accept the original testing done for the most southern lot. <br />Staff will schedule a Public Information Meeting as soon as we <br />receive the required septic test information.
