Beer will be offered in addition to pop, coffee, tea and zrdlk, A proposed nenu is enclosed, V.’e will purchase our meats pre-cooked and slice and heat then for the sandwiches. No other cooWng is necessary; therefore the kitchen will be equipped with a microwave oven. The atmosphere of the restaurant vdll be Informal; we hope to reflect the relaxed and open mood of Crono with a tastefully done decor, Ve expect to serve people from the entire communities of Crono, Long Lake and ’..’ayzata. We anticipate that our strongest market will be for those between the ages of ?5-)i0, families as v;ell as single patrons. Our goal is to be the kind of place where people feel free to drop in, have something to eat and socialize with friends. ♦V e will bring strong managerial ability to this enterprise, I have personally worked in restaurants since I was seventeen, tfy first Job was as a dishwasher during summer vacations from school and after graduating from Tiacalester College I went into a managerial position with Arthur Treadier's Fish and Chips, After leaving Arthur Treacher's in 1978 I became a Training Instructor for Country Kltdien International; a Job I held until July 1979, assistant manager has also had several years in the restaurant business. He began as a fry cook for Arthur Treacher's in high school and is presently the Training J'anager for them in the Kplc-St, Paul area, I hope this letter has provided some background to help in your decision.
