Boman, 951 Spring Hill Road - Conditional Use Permit <br />Zoning District - LR-IA <br />Area of Subject Lot - 3-t- acres <br />WORK SESSION <br />Mr. Boman seeks a conditional use permit for the construction of <br />a 58* high radio antenna for hobby use. The operation in no way <br />involves a commercial use. The required setback of 58' from all <br />property lines has been met according to the survey. I would <br />recommend the antenna be moved 10' from the house to satisfy the <br />accessory structure minimum setback requirement. The applicant <br />will have ample room to make the adjustment (see Staff proposal). <br />rm-
