The requirement of a residential structure is a "leftover" <br />from a predominantly farming community to assist the farmer in <br />transferring lands to offsprings. The City has approved metes <br />and bounds divisions before in the absence of residential structures. <br />Staff will schedule a.Public Information Meeting as soon as the <br />septic test results are received and reviewed. <br />PUBLIC INFORMATION MEETING - SEPTEMBER 24, 1979 (STAFF UPDATE) <br />Staff recommends for approval of the proposed metes and bounds <br />subdivision of William Pearce based on the following conditions <br />being met before final approval by Council: <br />1. Applicant supply a site plan for the 10-acre lot designating <br />the proposed driveway, house location and approved drainfield area. <br />2. Certificate of survey designating the following: <br />a) legal description for each of the two parcels involved. <br />b) two designated wetlands as drainage easements per legal <br />description enclosed. <br />c) creek running through Parcel 1 to be designated by a 20' <br />drainage easement. <br />3. Amendment of original driveway easement agreement serving the <br />three parcels. <br />4.Quit Claim Deed for right of way for CSAH 6 to also include <br />extended ditch area — to be deeded to County. <br />5. <br />6. <br />Payment of Park Dedication Fee of $200.00 ($100/each lot) <br />Title Opinion - current addressed to the City. <br />jiJ
