I have defined the B-4 district on <br />the enclosed plan. The applicant will argue for an extension of those <br />boundaries, but we must hold to the 935 flood plain contour line. <br />The Chairman's recommendation of rezoning the property to B-4 showed <br />go^ planning sense. The property would be permanently designated for <br />office use and the less restrictive requirements of the B-4 district may be applied. <br />If the applicant wishes to continue, at a future meeting we can get <br />into some in-depth discussion on a feasible ratio of compact cars to total parking area.
