Planning <br />Commission to set limitation on new use (no future expansion, <br />no additional hardcover, etc. etc.). <br />3. Nature of reguest too sensitive for staff determination — <br />requires Council review. <br />The variance portion of the application, dealing with the request <br />to construct an 8' X 29.9 deck at the lakefront side of cabin, is <br />reviewed under the normal variance procedure - see enclosed. <br />i
