The acceaa ia uaed only in the winter <br />ODntha. On the plat mapa the width of the acceaa appeara on the <br />southern portion of the section line as 33' and 15' to the north of <br />the section line. <br />The applicant asks that the portion that ia unused (see site plan) <br />and which he maintains be vacated. It should also be noted that a <br />comer of the garage and fence are located within the right of way. <br />The property owner on the south side of the access easement approves <br />of the vacation (see letter enclosed). <br />If the application is approved, the applicant must file a new legal <br />description for the portion of the access easement to remain. <br />Staff requests permission to set a public hearing for September 10,1979.
