On the plot <br />plan for that house was shown a "future three car garage", 32 x 22 (704 <br />square feet). <br />In 1975 the Ci.ty passed an ordinance making ny house ?nd its hard cover <br />non-conforming. <br />tlow 1 wish to build a bam which is smaller than shown on the original <br />plans. <br />My request is to build a 23 x 22 bam (506 square feet). I also wish to <br />rip up 519 square feet cf blacktop drive as an offset to the new hard <br />cover. I will also rip up 169 square feet of blacktop between my lot <br />line and the street, for a total blacktop loss of 688 square feet and a <br />net hard cover loss of 182 square feet. <br />I will move my driveway from its present location, which is on an incline, <br />to a location mostly level on Scotch Pine Lane. This new drive will be <br />constructed of gravel. The runoff from my blacktop and house which now <br />runs down my blacktop driveway will run through the woods and be filtered <br />before it goes on to Scotch Pine Circle and into Whalen's Marsh. <br />The proposed bam complies with all side yard and front yard set back <br />requirements. <br />Samuel S.
