Frink, 385 Turnham Road - SUBDIVISION <br />The Frinks propose a metes and bounds division of 39 acres into a <br />5 and 32+ acre lots. The sketch plan does not account for the <br />4 acres to the north of the main parcel (see plat map). The <br />designated wetlands are not quite one acre. We will require a <br />Flowage and Conservation Easement. Access to the larger lot <br />will also be via Turnham Road. Note the .08 acre of land <br />Involved in the Ring Route at the northwest corner.
