(wells) Staples <br />Dear Jeanne: <br />We represent the above applicant who desires to sell her <br />homestead on Spring Hill Road in Long Lake <br />Hill Conference Center. As you can see from the survey <br />enclosed, Mrs. Wells presently owns about 40 acres Md she <br />Itii, SuiJalSS <br />center for its purposes. As you probably realize, tne <br />Spring Hill Conference Center is adjacent to the Wells <br />property on the east. For the sake of clarity, please be <br />aware that Mrs. Wells recently married Loring Staples and now <br />would be officially Mrs. Mary C. Staples, but all of your <br />records will still show her as Mary Wells or as Mrs. Stuart <br />wells. <br />I understand from Chapter 39, the Platting Ordinance, th^ <br />Section 39.021 would probably apply to what Mrs. Wells proposes <br />to do. She is moving from this home to another residence witn <br />her new husband and Spring Hill will be taking over this property <br />There are no other residences on the remaining property and <br />she presently has no plans that I know of wi^ respect to it. <br />For the future, I would anticipate that the 10 acre parcel that <br />goes with the house would remain with the Spring Hill Conference <br />Center, but that at some later date the 30 acre parcel might <br />Mir.-
