Mabusth, Zoning Administrator / <br />DATE:June 19, 1979 <br />SUBJECT: #488 Mary C Staples, 860 Spring Hill Road <br />Subdivision <br />SKETCH PLAN REVIEW <br />The applicant proposes a metes and bottnds division of a 40-acre <br />parcel into two lots: one a 10-acre parcel and the other a 30-acre <br />parcel. The 10-acre parcel containing the original home and farm <br />buildings will be sold to the Spring Hill Conference Center. The <br />remaining 30-acre parcel will be for future development with sufficient <br />access from both Spring Hill Road and CSAH 6. There are three <br />relatively small designated wetlands involved that we will require <br />a flowage and conservation easement over.
