The contract was paid
off on September 9, 1960. At the tine of purchase, there was
an older house on it. which the Inghons had demolished at a
cost of $300.00.
Since June 8, 1976, our company has had the property on the mar
ket to sell for the present owner, Helen E. Zainc, daughter o*
the Inaha.ms. ’.Thenever a sale sign was placed on the property,
it mvsteriously disappeared in a few days, even when securely
faste»'«*d to a tree. Trie Inghans, elederly people, and Mrs.
Zaine, reside in St. Paul. Because of health conditions, none
of than have been able to visit the property for years.
Potential buyers of the land have been hesitant to pursue their
interest because of the variance required to build. ^ i.nervest
Builders are trying to assist Mrs. Zaine in her desire to naxe
the land marketable.
