This conditional use pennit in no way grants to the <br />applicAnt any right to construct any buildings now or in the future <br />on the properties. <br />The City Council is granting this conditional use permit <br />based upon the representations by the applicant that there are no <br />plans to construct or locate any buildings on the properties in' the <br />future except as above set forth, that the bridge is only to be used <br />passage of agricultural equipment, and based upon the representations <br />the applicant that it is very ir.iportant that the City grant this <br />conditional use peiinit at this time because of scbe^duling conflicts <br />the applicant has with its students. <br />4, Any conditional use permit granted hereby is for one <br />year only and the applicant shall terminate all use of the property <br />pursuant to the terms of this conditional use permit one year from <br />the date hereof, any further use shall be subject to tbs» Orono Zoning <br />Code and further Council action. <br />5. The applicant and the property owner acknowledge that <br />they have no vested rights to continue this operation heyond one year <br />without first applying for and acquiring from the City of Orono any <br />of the necessary permits for such a continuation. <br />6. Ihis conditional use shall apply to approximately three <br />acres which the applicant is proposing to lease from the Orono Public <br />Schools and shall apply to approximately 22 acres that the applicant <br />has purchased from Mrs. Emma Gardner in the City of Orono. <br />Ihis resolution was adopted at the regularly ^scheduled Council meeting <br />of June 12, 1979 and is subject to the signing- hereof by the applicant <br />and the property owner on attached Exhibit A. <br />William B.
