Mabusth, Zoning Administrator <br />DATE:April 17, 1979 <br />SUBJECT: #472 Anne W. Niforopulos - Subdivision <br />250 Old Crystal Bay Road <br />SKETCH PLAN REVIEW - Zoning District RR-IB <br />'The applicant proposes dividing 34.3 acres into two lots; a 16.3 <br />acre parcel and an 18 acre parcel to be dedicated to the DNR. <br />Last fall. Planning Commission approved the future park plans for <br />this site. The lots meet all the requirements of the zoning district. <br />We will recommend a metes and bounds division for this property. At <br />the time of the original Dickey Subdivision, it was understood that <br />the remainder of the property to the south would be divided by metes <br />and bounds. <br />PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING - APRIL 23, 1979 <br />Planning Commission gave conceptual approval to the proposed two lot <br />subdivision of Ann Niforopulos and set a Public Information Meeting <br />for May 21, 1979. <br />PUBLIC INFORMATION MEETING - MAY 21, 1979 <br />We recotimend preliminary approval of the metes and bounds subdivision <br />of Ann Nlforopolus into two lots. The septic testing has been waived <br />because of the large lots. The applicant has complied with all of the <br />requirements for preliminary approval.
