Visibility from all major rooms* decks and patio* for <br />safe viewing and supervision. <br />C. No trees to remove. <br />Location on the north side was considered and rejected for <br />the following reasons: <br />A. Accessibility only to the following* <br />1. Garage and driveway <br />2. Living room <br />B.Visibility into the pool for supervision would be <br />impossible* since the ground level to the north is <br />five feet higher than next to the house. <br />C.
