Setback Variance from Wetlands -* Applicant will require a <br />variance because of bam location and need to position driveway <br />to Lot 2 and road easement. <br />How much of a variance would Planning Commission allow? <br />4. Cul-de-sac <br />A.Applicant f>.els there is no need for one as long as three <br />or less homes are being served. <br />i <br />B.Current Policy and State Law states that it is every municipality's <br />responsibility to ensure that emergency vehicles can serve each <br />residence. In this case a cul-de-sac may not be the best solution. <br />We will ask the City Engineer to make a recommendation.
