Staff was directed <br />to submit proposal to the Police Department for their review. The <br />Planning Commission will await a report from the Park Commission before <br />they make a reconmendation. Members found no problem with approving <br />the variance for the 4 single-family detached dwellings along Blaine <br />Avenue. They concurred with the developer, the single family lots will <br />serve as a necessary buffer to the single family residential neighborhood <br />to east. As of this writing, I have not received any additional <br />information from the various reviewing agencies. <br />JH
