Prior to occupancy. Install einei’gency lighting, pursuant to: <br />Minn. St at. §299P.011 (197'0. <br />Klnn. Rule FlreMar 31. <br />KUPC Sec. 1.216, as air.ended by Minn. Rule FlreMar 33(o). <br />NFPA No. 101, Sec. 9-7261, which states: <br />"Keans of egress In each day care center shall be provided with emergency <br />lighting. In accordance with Section 5-10." <br />5. Prior to occupancy. Install fire extinguisher suitable for Class B fire In <br />kitchen, pursuant to: <br />Klnn. Stat. S299F.011 (197^). <br />Ml-n. Rule FlreMar 31. <br />MUFC Sec. 1.216, as amended by Minn. Rule FlreMar 33(o). <br />NFPA No. 101, Sec. 9-7363* which states: <br />"Portable fire extinguishers suitable for Class B fires shall be Installed <br />In kitchens and cooking areas, and extinguishers suitable for Class A <br />fires shall be Installed throughout the remainder of the center." <br />6. Prior to occupancy. Install m.anually operated fire alarm system In building, <br />pursuant to: <br />Klnn. Stat. §299F.01I (1974). <br />Klnn. Rule FlreMar 31. <br />MUFC Sec. 1.216, as amended by Klnn. Rule FlreMar 33(o). <br />NFPA No. 101, Sec. 9-7362, which states: <br />"There shall be a manually operated fire alarm system on each floor of <br />the center.
