No certificate has been requested and none has been issue . <br />Operation without the certificate is a violation. <br />With this letter, I HEREBY INSTRUCT YOU TO CEASE THE ILLEGAL OCCUPANCY <br />AND USE OF THIS BUILDING WITHIN 15 DAYS, or show cause why such use <br />should not be discontinued within 15 days.
