It being understood that until such default, <br />said Vendee Is to have possession of said premises. <br />X Vendee shall be entitled to attempt to divide the property <br />Into two separate lots, provided that all costs and expenses which are <br />related to any such division including any additional costs and expenses <br />Incurred by Vendors In the development of Stielow's Addition as a result of <br />such division are paid In full by Vendee and provided, further, that the <br />Vendee Is not In default of any terms and conditions of this Agreement. <br />After approval by the City Council of the City of Orono, of such division. <br />Vendors agree that they will execute those documents necessary to allow the <br />division of the property provided that the Vendors will Incur no pecuniary <br />liability past, present, or future, by executing such documents.
