In no event shall this division Increase any of the rights of Vendee or alter any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement. IT IS HUTUALLY AGREED, By and between the parties hereto, that the time of payment shall be an essentia! part of this contract; and that all the covenants and agreements herein contained shall run with the land and bind the heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns of the respective parties hereto.
