There is <br />a designated wetland in the west of the subject property, but there <br />appears enough dry-buildable in both lots to satisfy the one acre <br />minimum requirement of the district. We will request an accurate <br />aetermination of the wetlands by preliminary review. <br />^ere is an existing house on Parcel B that is served by sewer. <br />Parcel A has no designated sewer stub, the Public Works Director <br />will advise as to expense and nature of such a hookup. <br />Parcel A will have no riparian rights. Access for new lot will <br />be approved by City staff. <br />i
