REGULAR MEETING OP THE ORONO COUNCIL, OCTOBER 11, 1977 Page 9 <br />Mri Alan Olson, Assistant Building 6 Zoning <br />Administrator, entered into the record the <br />following information concerning a subdivision <br />request of Douglas Dayton, 1480 Sixth Avenue <br />North, dated September 12, 1977, which states: <br />SUBDIVISION <br />1480 Sixth Avenue North <br />#307 <br />Douglas Dayton <br />This proposal is for a split of one nine-acre <br />parcel into two lots (A =» 4.6 acres, B » 4.4 acres), <br />each exceeding the required two acre/200 ft. <br />width of the RR-IB zone. There is an existing <br />house, bam and riding ring on proposed Parcel A. <br />The house requires a technical variance for the <br />existing non-conforming west side setback. The <br />barn requires a variance of .42 ft. (28%) from <br />the required 150 ft. setback to the proposed <br />division line. The riding ring is not shown on <br />the survey, but also appears to be close to the <br />proposed line. There are no designated wetlands <br />on this .property. Access is to the County road. <br />A park dedication fee should be required for <br />the newly proposed parcel. Public hearing <br />scheduled for October 3, 1977 at 7:45 P.M. <br />#44 8 <br />Planning Commission Meeting - October 3, 1977 <br />Mr. Fred Herfurth was present.
