(#483) <br />1. Mew permit required from Hennepin County <br />Highway Department. <br />2. Old access to be closed off when new garage <br />is completed. <br />3. Planning Coramissic <br />was satisfied with the revised plan and gave <br />conceptual approval. There <br />was discussion regarding whether or not the two <br />lots have 2*-acres dry buildable. Applicant was <br />instructed to meet with staff to verify the dry <br />acreage. Staff will pull the septic testing for <br />Lot 5.
