Staff is requesting a 30* <br />outlot to designate the driveway. Adams questioned <br />how the location of the outlot could be determined <br />at this time. Mabusth stated that an outlot can be <br />moved at any time Just so that we serve the access <br />for the lot. <br />Adams requested that the existing septic system be <br />inspection and an alternate drainfield site <br />determined. <br />Planning Commission gave conceptual approval and <br />scheduled a Public Information Meeting for <br />May 21, 1979. <br />m <br />Ailams requested the following correction: <br />Page 3, Popov/Poisson Subdivision, Paragraph 1: <br />OMIT - "Adams questioned ...............easement for the <br />driveway" <br />ADD - *'Adams questioned the merits of the City <br />taking an underlying easement on a substandard <br />road right of way.*' <br />Meeting adjourned 11:30 P.M.ADJOURNMENT
