The main concern was the traffic that <br />would be generated by this project. McDonald <br />requested staff to get a reconmendation from the <br />police department. It was a general feeling that <br />the four single family residences as a buffer <br />would be a good idea. The main discussion was <br />if an area within the development would be used as a <br />playground. The general concensus was it could be <br />an asset to the development. The Park Commission <br />has been asked for their input regarding this issue. <br />The road will be developed as a public road. <br />Planning 'Commission gave conceptual approval as <br />submitted with the possible addition of a playground <br />vrithin the development and called for a public <br />meeting on April 23, 1979. <br />McDonald left. <br />Mr. Johnston and Mr. Her fur th were present. It <br />was stated that the existing garage would need a <br />variance. The applicant was made aware of the <br />26* wetlands setback. Mabusth requested that the <br />16* access easement as shown be vacated and moved <br />further south. Mr, Johnston was agreeable with <br />this change. This application has been sent to <br />Hennepin Soils Department for their review. A <br />Public Information Meeting has been scheduled <br />for April 23, 1979. <br />HUSSMAN INVST. Staff feels <br />a "T" would probably be the best solution for <br />emergency vehicles. The applicant did not have <br />any definite plans for "Outlot A" on the plans. <br />Planning Commission requested that some decisions <br />be made regarding the use of the Outlot by the <br />next meeting April 23, 1979 when a public information <br />meeting will be held. Planning Commission did state <br />that if the plat was approved, no building variances <br />would be granted for Lots 2 & 3.
