L r <br />f- <br />minutes of a planning commission meeting held on APRIL 9, 1979 <br />The Planning Commission met on the above date. <br />Present were the following members: Chairman Wilson, <br />Hamraerel, Hurr, Hannah, McDonald and Adams. Mabusth* <br />represented the City staff. <br />Wilson announced the public meeting. Mabusth stated <br />she had the Affidavit of Publication and Certificate <br />of Mailing. No public comments were heard. Hurr <br />questioned whether the plat met the requirement of <br />200 width at the building site. Although there are <br />no designated wetlands on the property, the Hennepin <br />Soils Department is reviewing the plat for 2-acres <br />dry buildable. <br />Hurr moved to table the application with question <br />regarding compliance cf the plat with the 200* width <br />requirement and receipt of the soils report verifying <br />2-acres dry buildable land. Adams seconded motion. <br />Vote: Ayes ^6), Nays (0). Motion passed unanimously. <br />Wilson announced the public meeting. Mabusth stated <br />she had the Affidavit of Publication and Certificate <br />of Mailing. Mr. Hoppe and his representative, fhr. <br />Hassel, were present. No public comments were heard. <br />All setbacks can be met and no problems with the soils <br />is anticipated. Mabusth stated that the applicant <br />should make the access application to the Hennepin <br />County Highway Department. Most of the discussion <br />was regarding the road requirements. The applicant <br />was concerned with maintaining the quality of the <br />existing road and stated that if the road was widened <br />the filtration system would have to be removed. He <br />was also concerned about the value of patching. <br />There was some discussion regarding cul-de-sac versus <br />turnaround. <br />Hurr moved to recommend preliminary approval of the <br />five lot plat subject to: <br />1.
