The conditions of <br />preliminary approval have been met. There was some <br />discussion regarding exterior fthetic improvements, <br />however, these would be handled with the Conditional <br />Use Permit application. Hammerel moved to reco^end <br />approval of the subdivision in accordance with the <br />resolution prepared by staff (see Page 1 )• <br />seconded by Hannah. Vote: Ayes (7), Nays (0). <br />Motion passed unanimously. <br />* <br />This item was discussed at 9:30 P.M. when Mr. Oliver OLIVER <br />was present. Mabusth explained the request. Also <br />present was a neighbor Mr. Taylor who #458* <br />to the rebuilding of the guest house, xn he was #458 <br />in favor of multiple dwellings in the area. Mabusth <br />staLd that she had a telephone call from Alden Pu^ey <br />of 3926 Cherry Avenue who did oppose the gues <br />because the house is in the process of <br />aoi the future use could change. Mr. Oliver then stated <br />that he has taken the house off the market. He furt <br />stated that he is aware that the unit can only be used <br />for personal use and not as a rental unit. <br />Hannah moved to recommend approval of the conditional <br />use permit to reconstruct the guest house, consisten <br />with the past structure, but conditioned upon use o y <br />as a guest house and not a rental unit subject to th <br />reapplication at the time of sale of the _ <br />VoteT Ayes (5), Nays (2). Opposed: Hurr - ^at <br />kitchen facilities should not be permitted and wa® <br />concerned with only one sewer unit being assessed to <br />the property.
