They also requested a legal opinion <br />on using golf course land as open space. <br />Wilson moved to table the application pending <br />tunication with Wayzata. Motion seconded <br />by H^nahr Vote: Ayes (6), Nays (0). Motion <br />passed unanimously. <br />Mr. Chapman was present. He has requested <br />reconsideration of the denial action taken by <br />the Planning Conmission on December 11, 1978. <br />Staff noted that a comparison of the adjoining <br />properties had been included in the packet. <br />The main concern was setting a precedev^t of <br />allowing a subdivision of substandard lot area. <br />Planning Commission encouraged;and Mr. Chapman <br />was willing; to try to obtain the necessary acreage <br />from his neighbor to accomplish the 2-acre <br />requirement of the district. Hannah moved to <br />table this request until Mr. Chapman has the <br />opportunity to investigate this possibility with <br />his neighbor. Motion seconded by Hammerel. <br />Vote: Ayes (6), Nays (0). Motion passed <br />tmanimously. <br />Mr. Valek was present. It was noted that all <br />buildings are not indicated on the survey. <br />The side yard setbacks for Block 1, Lot 4, <br />and Block 2, Lot 4 were shown as 10* and must <br />be corrected to 35*.
