Mr. Corwirf stated <br />for the record he hoped the City would come up with <br />a fair price for the 1-acre parcel as it makes good <br />planning sense to include the City property in plat. <br />H.R. At the <br />time of the original plat, the former Johnston <br />residence required more septic area and an additional <br />land corridor was taken from present Lot 4. Area <br />for lot containing Johnston *s new home was never <br />questioned only the lot width.
