He <br />would prefer to review the addition at a later date <br />when the City has had the opportunity to observe <br />the operation. He cautioned the Planning Commission of <br />"creeping commercialism". <br />Mr. Hagen was present. Mabusth stated the Public <br />Works Coordinator had problems with the location of <br />the garage - nearness to the right-of-way. It was <br />noted that this was the only feasible location <br />and consistent with the neighborhood.
