Mr. Mitchell reviewed <br />his letter of August 6, 1979 with the City Council. <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMI1 <br />2677 Casco Point Road <br />(Continued) <br />Letter - Pages 4-6 aMayor Van Nest informed Mr. Mitchell that he wa&nfi^V ’ • <br />presenting the same plan &s befc.'e \<;hereas the \ <br />Council had requested a new grading plan to be § f <br />presented at this meeting.to include the guidelines <br />that the Council recommended at the July 10, 1979 <br />Council meeting. <br />■ ‘ V <br />CounciImember Butler reviewed Alan Olson's memo <br />dated July 30, 1979, stating that she had viewed <br />the property that morning and that she noted the <br />number of blocks to be removed in order to maintain <br />the integrity of the runoff.. <br />Mayor Van Nest requested of Mr. Mitchell to prepare <br />new drainage plans with no exposed retaining wall <br />for the next meeting. <br />^ (Ir. Mitchell stated that he will prepare plans to <br />j bring to the next Council meeting which will include <br />, drawings and photographs. <br />' Massengale moved, Paurus seconded, to note for the <br />record that the City Council received Mr. Mitchell's <br />letter dated August 6, 1979, but that it does not <br />contain an acceptable plan. Motion, Ayes (5) - <br />Nays (0), <br />Mr. Alan Olson, City Planner, entered into the record <br />information sent to Mr. George Hussman, Hussman <br />Investment'Company, concerning a subdivision/PRD <br />proposal at 3660 Shoreline Drive dated July 26, 1979 <br />which states: <br />SUBDIVISION/PRD <br />3660 Shoreline Drive <br />#447 <br />Hussman Investment Cc <br />"Your proposal was tabled at the July 24, 1979 Council <br />meeting to allow you time to revise certain details <br />discussed at that meeting, I should have a revised <br />plan in my office no later than August 8, 1979 for <br />^ the next regular meeting to be held on August 14, 1979 <br />The major changes requested were as follows: <br />1. <br />2. <br />3. <br />Maximum 24 units arranged as 12 twinhomes <br />All units to be served internally by the new <br />street with no frontage on Blaine Avenue <br />Creation of a walkway between Blaine and the new <br />road: dedicated public or private outlot (Continued, Page 7) <br />m.
