Ten acres <br />appears to be wetlands. Each lot contains the necessary two acres of <br />dry contiguous land. The On-Site Manager recommends the usual septic <br />testing even though the lots are over 5 acres each in area. Each lot <br />satisfies the standards of the district. Access to the most eastern <br />lot must be reviewed by Public Works Coordinator and City Engineer. <br />The driveway serving the proposed house site must pass through a designated <br />wetlands.
