The channel replacing the culvert should <br />have no adverse Impact on Lake Minnetonka. <br />2. The effect of the channel on the water <br />quality of the lagoon will be small. <br />3. Slltatlon will continue to be a problem <br />In the lagoon unless erosion Is controlled. <br />4. The rip-rap should prevent extensive bank <br />erosion. ^ <br />5. Other types of erosion will also need to be <br />controlled If they are contributing to the <br />slltatlon problem In the lagoon. <br />6.
