He proposed <br />to remove the existing breezeway and single car <br />garage and replace same with a new two-car garage, <br />dining area and expanded kitchen. He will also <br />remodel the main floor expanding the livingroom <br />into an existing bedroom area and replacing the <br />bedroom with an epcpansion area above the new gara <br />The entire existing house and all of the proposed <br />addition arei within the 75 ft. lakeshorc setback. <br />The new addition would occur more than 75 ft. from <br />the Crystal Bay shoreline but within 42 ft. to <br />48 ft. of the channel.
