Motion, (Continued) <br />Ayes (5) - Nays (0). <br />Alan Olson, City Planner, entered into the record <br />the following concerning the Fred Ryan, 1345 North <br />Arm Drive, vacation, dated July 24, 1980, which states: <br />On June 30, 1980, the City Council conceptually <br />declined the requested vacation pending a recom <br />mendation on maintenance and control from the <br />Public Works Coordinator. On July 14, 1980, the' <br />Council approved the recommendations for limited <br />maintenance and for installation of traffic control <br />posts. <br />VACATION’ <br />1345 North Arm Drive <br />#544 <br />Fred Ryan <br />Therefore, I have prepared the attached resolution <br />and recommend approval of it to formally decline <br />vacation of the property. <br />Council Meeting - July 28, 1980 <br />Mayor Van Nest moved, Hannah seconded, to adopt <br />Resolution #1166, A Resolution Declining To Vacate <br />Unimproved Street And Park Property In The Plat <br />Of Saga Hill Revised, as amended. A <br />stop work order was placed for work without permits <br />after finding: <br />1. An existing 18’ X 34* boat house with an existing <br />deck totaling 24* X 35* <br />2.A 14* X 18* addition underway on the second story, <br />extending toward the lake, including new stud walls <br />and roof and large new windows not yet installed <br />3.
