Commission I <br />instructed staff to notify applicant of intentio^y <br />to act on proposal at July 18^ 1977 meeting. <br />Planning Commission Meeting - July 18, 1977 <br />Zoning Administrator presented proposal along <br />with copy of certified letter sent to Home <br />Federal Savings informing the applicant that <br />the proposal would be up for action at the <br />Planning Commission meeting scheduled for <br />July 18, 1977. <br />gtaff received no response. No representative <br />was present. Planning Commission recommended <br />denial of variance as no hardship was demonstrated. <br />Council Meeting - July 25, 1977 <br />No representative present. Tabled until August 22, <br />1977 meeting. Instructed staff to send certified <br />letter to Home Federal Savings Loan informing <br />them of this. <br />Council Meeting - August 22, 1977 <br />Butler moved, Pesek seconded, to deny the variance <br />request of Home Federal Savings f> Loan Association <br />for 493 Park Lane, based upon no hardship <br />documented at this time.
