Although the surveyor's stakes were for the
most Dart not located, by superimposing a topographical survey and
onto ihe'^pro^osed lot line eurvey o t'- Pf
it aooears the proposed boundary may not include all of the existing
d^tnfteW on the main property. This line should be =° P^at
the drainfield is totally located on the lot it serves. The main
property will still have ample room for future drainfield if
boundary is adjusted.
Soil testing for the proposed new lot was 22^ 1980
A«isociates in April, 1977. I made a boring on the site August
to see whether further soil evaluation was necessary. ,
o? Tseasonal or perched water table was found and the soil encountered
was sandier than expected. We could fappea^s^^fbe to function adequately on the proposed new lot. There appears to d
ampirroo^for a secondary drainfield system. I recommend approval
of^the division based on a readjustment of the proposed boundary
the existing drainfield.
