In addition, the <br />Council feels the variance is warrented due <br />to two assessed units of water being applied <br />to tne property, the unusual condition of <br />the land and the nature of the surrounding <br />property. Motion, Ayes (4) - Nays (0). <br />Massengale moved, Butler seconded, to approve <br />the division of Michael Ankeny, subject to <br />combining Parcel B to Lots 5 6 6 to the <br />south. Motion, Ayes (4) - Nays (0). <br />Butler moved, Massengale seconded, to approve <br />tne variance of Joseph Lorrano, 3365 Crystal <br />Bay Road, with the condition tliat a Registered <br />Land Survey be submitted to the Village within <br />six months of todays date; that a one-foot <br />minimum exist between the garage and rear <br />property line and that a four-foot side yard <br />setback be maintained. The Council wisiied <br />to restipulate the points made by the Planning <br />Commission in its September 18, 1972 Minutes, <br />Motion, Ayes (4) - Nays (0). <br />Massengale moved, Welsh seconded, to deny <br />the division and variance requested by Keith <br />Howell for North Arm Drive and Loma Linda <br />Avenue. Motion, Ayes (4) - Nays (0). <br />Ronald Potas had requested by letter that he <br />be taken off the Council agenda for tonight <br />and be put on the agenda for April 9, 1973. <br />Tne Council concurred. <br />Butler moved, Welsh seconded, to approve the <br />variance for James Ogland because a hardship <br />was recognized in that this property is the <br />only property which is developed on either <br />side of it and the development of this <br />property would conform to the development <br />to the south.
