SECTION 32.340 SUBPARAGRAPH A <br />"The special conditions applying to the structure or land in question <br />are peculiar to such property or immediately adjoining property". <br />Clearly Mr. Hepp's proposal viould be not in keeping with the intent <br />of this section. <br />It seems to me that the residents on West Lafayette Road have the right to <br />rely on the platting and zoning ordinances of the village and, further, they <br />have the right to rely on what was originally platted and planned for by <br />the original developer, council and planning convnission when the plat was <br />put of record. <br />Mr. Hepp can demonstrate no hardship or difficulty in the enjoyment of the <br />use of his present property, therefore his application should be denied. <br />Sincerely, <br />/^C-'Vv-X <br />Thomas P.
