This approval in­ <br />cludes the construction of flower beds, benches, slmibbery, hedges, <br />hot tub, and barbecue pit, located as depicted on the general plan <br />attached. <br />Should any variance or legal aj^roval be necessary by the Nelson's, <br />our signature below gives our conplete approval. <br />It is our belief that this constructi<» will beautify our nei^bor- <br />hood.
