The Vic*.overlooking tiie lake of the future home <br />will not be adversely affected; <br />4.Problems of noise and congestion occurlng between <br />your home and tlie future lione due to use of the <br />lakeshore easement whlcli would run between the <br />houses would be avoided; <br />5, It would not cause any undue hardships upon the <br />owner of the neighboring lot. <br />If you have any further questions concerning any of the above, do <br />not hesitate to let me know and 1 will attempt to answer them for <br />you.
